≪Knock≫ motives the novel 『L'Étranger (The Stranger)』 by Albert Camus and the premiere ≪Stranger≫ held by the choreographer at Critics' Choice in 2019. Specifically, the duality between [The me who meets others] and [The me who meets me] was emphasized through the act of [Knocking] in the work, and the main task was how to express this visually. I defined directionality with the phrase [Duality: Considering extreme contrast] as the project's visual concept. Accordingly, I limited the colors of all elements on the poster, including photographic images, to black and white. Also, aiming to create an atmosphere where the title watches based on the photographic image, I structured the layout by horizontally flipping the overlapping [k]. Through this, I intended to heighten the contrast between [The me who meets others] and [The me who meets me]. Ultimately, I aimed to convey the duality articulated in the work via extreme contrast across all graphic elements in the performance.
