I developed a 7-piece postcard set to commemorate the 1st anniversary of Jeom Store located in Aewol-eup, Jeju. Since they were using the period (.) mark as a brand element, I adopted expanding designs utilizing the period (.) as the main visualization concept. For cards 2 through 6 of the 7-piece set, I used photographer Choi Won-hyuk's ≪Flowers≫ series. Because they were to be sold exclusively as a set and not individually, I felt one piece needed to act as a cover. Consequently, for the 1st card, I intended it to function as a cover through a process of converting the ≪Flowers≫ series photo image used in cards 2-6 into dot patterns.
