During the stage of defining the project's visual concept, I went through a process of defining directionality with the phrase [Visualization of Power: Considering the program title and the two works it embraces]. The core premise was that the program title, ≪β≫, needed to be emphasized more than the two works belonging to it. However, it had to be taken into account that ≪β≫ functions as a program title rather than a standalone piece, and that two works of equal hierarchy function within it. Ultimately, I defined ≪β≫ as an [intangible fence] in the final outcome, intentionally trying to visually express power through the difference in ratio it occupies within the limited space. Finally, during the physical realization process, I tried to express the [intangible fence] by using low-opacity tracing paper.
