There were two main tasks to solve through Project 1 visualization: 1. Express that a total of 4 performances take place. 2. Express the instruments and equipment used in the performance. For [1], I adopted a method of segregating the weekly performances through color. Specifically, this was utilized in weekly hand-outs, as I thought segregating via color was relatively more intuitive compared to graphic elements or typography. For [2], I centered on the Janggu (drum) and Buk (drum) which are the main instruments in the performance. We then proceeded with a photoshoot of the instruments and equipment used. As it was a performance using instruments, I concluded the visualization process by expressing the title dynamically.
